- DMDavid McDanielJun 17, 20241.0Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any post office in the United States. Ordered a few items for work in the oilfield while visiting my family, and items were held at the post office since they do not have a mailbox service in this town. Already late for work waiting for them to open and the lady didn't seem to want to help me at all. She said "I don't even know who you are" with an attitude instead of just asking me like a normal person would. Although my items were sitting right there behind the counter she proceeded to lecture me on the correct way to order items and basically told me not to use their post office anymore. Don't worry, I won't. You shouldn't have a job in customer service if you don't want to serve customers. What a terrible experience I think people like her should just work from home so the rest of us don't have to deal with them.
