- JSJr SaundersOct 27, 20232.0The customer service is very poor. When calling to ask about my mail. I was greeted with an annoyed employee. Our mail is very inconsistent because of " the weather",Understandable! They can at least make it so we can come pick it up or inform us that it won't be delivered. P.s. the rual school bus runs down the same roads. So much for no rain sleet or shine usps. .

If you have a Monday through Friday full time job that's not local nor offers a lunch break long enough to drive all the way back to NE to check your mail, you're literally SOL unless you have a trusted friend in town with a compatible schedule to do it for you. Additionally, I had 4 packages waiting for days and never got any slips, nor were they put in lock boxes, and when I called to inquire and ask why, I was treated like an inconvenience and spoken to with an annoyed tone of voice. It was frustrating to me because I was only aware of 1 of the packages that were trackable, while I wouldn't have even known the others had arrived yet...
