Try getting a 4 month old to sit on a stool and look at a camera and not smile lol. She answered all my questions and made sure i left with no questions or concerns. Great experience!

Because we have to go into the branch to pick up mail that their workers are too lazy to take to the front door and they just leave you the notice they couldn't find you when you've been home The whole time. Complete lack of attention, professionalism and downright ethics on the part of their workforce. The worst part is the managers know this stuff goes on and do nothing
