All of that only happens after my packages are often days late from the original delivery time. Amazing how things can be out for delivery for days in a row, and never actually get delivered. At least 1 day a week our mail doesn't even get delivered....the whole street just gets missed. I get other people's mails 3-6 times a year, again into that mailbox at the end of the block.
