There’s a reason that the USPS had to get bailed out. I will say yes I messed up because the tracking numbers were identical only being different 98 to a 93. I put in an intercept request for the wrong tracking number and wanted to go in to see if they could cancel it because it won’t let me cancel online. Either way this post office couldn’t help me much because the system as a whole is like the government and has a bunch of departments. I will say however the lady at the front wasn’t much help and even criticized me a bit because she said “he didn’t have the patience to talk to the online robot” I then went in and called the line again and when it didn’t work because the robot is actually difficult she just pulled her USPS website up and directed me to contact info I have already previously been able to get myself. What happened to actually being able to be helped by people instead of robot this or other country that I can’t understand. I think the post office is better being shutdown and let mail be handled by the real professionals FedEx and UPS.

The guy that works inside the PO, Don, has been helpful BUT the carriers are absolutely AWFUL. I’ve spent 2 weeks waiting for a Christmas card, only to get it the day I went into the Post office to ask about it. Coincidence much?? But I received it OPEN AND TRASHED. Guess I only got it because there was a check and not cash or a gift card that the carriers could steal. And now, my package was supposed to be delivered today and I watched the carrier pass my house and then put unable to deliver!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!?! I am astonished by how awful these carriers here are and I wish something would be done about it. I’ve never had an issue with the USPS until I moved here. Hire better people!
