- RRRenata RajaniemiAug 11, 20251.0Packages disappearing with no trace or showing as delivered and not in the box. Lived here a year and made multiple complaints about the mail carrier because of this issue. Today my medication was missing and when I threatened to file a report it miraculously appeared in my box that had already been checked multiple times. They showed as being delivered at 10:05 a.m. They did not show up till 2:33pm. Yet the actual mail was delivered and in the box. They were put in the wrong box according to the post master. YET AGAIN! It’s bad enough when we have to mail something we go all the way into town to the bigger post office versus using this one simply because of all the issues with things going missing.

- CDChristian DavisMar 22, 20232.0When they do deliver it’s fine. They’re able to post up how the mail boxes should be shoveled but can’t deliver mail because of their “safety”. Not even sure how much mail they actually deliver considering how picky they are. I had an issue where they didn’t deliver for six weeks due to snow. I understood because snow was difficult with city plowing streets would push 3 feet of snow in front of box and froze. Then as more time went on and snow was melting still wasn’t delivered. I put in a complaint and post master said it was they couldn’t get out of their vehicle, but form says they shouldn’t have to get out of their vehicles. Eventually he just kept going down their list of reasons listed on their paper they issue out as to why they don’t deliver. After conversation they finally delivered the next day. This was photo was 4-5 days prior to our convo. I found it pretty ridiculous.
