- RRRenata RajaniemiAug 11, 20251.0Packages disappearing with no trace or showing as delivered and not in the box. Lived here a year and made multiple complaints about the mail carrier because of this issue. Today my medication was missing and when I threatened to file a report it miraculously appeared in my box that had already been checked multiple times. They showed as being delivered at 10:05 a.m. They did not show up till 2:33pm. Yet the actual mail was delivered and in the box. They were put in the wrong box according to the post master. YET AGAIN! It’s bad enough when we have to mail something we go all the way into town to the bigger post office versus using this one simply because of all the issues with things going missing.

- ALAlex LivingstonMay 23, 20222.0I’ve had one good experience and one bad. For the good experience, the very nice employee helped me with packaging a return and sending it out. She was awesome. However, I sent my little brother in to this location today to grab my package as I’m on a time crunch (package was supposed to arrive today, but never went out for delivery). The employee on duty at this time wasn’t the most helpful and legitimately told my little brother to “just wait for the package next time”. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary.
