- RLRyan LayMar 13, 20261.0DONT GO HERE FOR PASSPORTS I went here to get help with my passport and got charged 35 dollars for it and on top of that the lady tells me that I didn’t need to shop my passport card only my passport, and then I get a letter stating that I have to send it or they’ll reject my passport application. Then they had the NERVE to charge me 12 bucks to send it after THEY told me it wasn’t necessary, if anything their just a bunch of scammers.

I’ve used this post office for years, and both my father and I have been regular customers there for a long time. The staff have always known us by name, and until today I’ve never had a negative experience. Unfortunately, today was completely different. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily difficult interaction. The employee assisting me (an older, shorter woman with glasses) seemed uninterested in helping and treated the situation like it was a burden rather than simply trying to resolve the issue. Because of that, I left without getting the address change completed and felt discouraged, disrespected, and unheard. This was something that should have been handled quickly and professionally. After years of being a loyal customer and having a positive relationship with this location, I expected a little more patience and willingness to help. I will be returning tomorrow to try again, and I hope the experience is handled differently. This was a simple issue that should have been easily resolved, and I’m hoping the staff are more willing to help correct a problem that never should have been made so difficult in the first place.

I brought all the documents online says to bring and I asked the lady if she needed it because she didn’t ask for it. I was told it wasn’t needed. Now getting a letter saying we can’t process without that document. She was less than friendly to top it off.
