I brought all the documents online says to bring and I asked the lady if she needed it because she didn’t ask for it. I was told it wasn’t needed. Now getting a letter saying we can’t process without that document. She was less than friendly to top it off.

There’s literally like 10 streets in Park River North Dakota and you all can’t figure out what Wadge N Ave is vs Wadge Ave N? You obviously had to look up the address in the system and yet you still couldn’t figure out this expert level mystery? Talk about a serious lack of putting forth even one iota of effort. Thanks for ruining my niece’s birthday present by providing terrible service. Get off your cell phones and do your job!! There’s a reason your location is presently 2.2 stars, now fix it!!

I've lost track of how many packages they've received from Fargo that I should then receive the next day only to see they decided they needed to send them back to Fargo before sending them back to Grand Forks then to me, thereby adding an additional 3 to 5 days shipping time on the package before I receive it. I'm glad I'm not on a transplant waiting list. Anyone else having the same the problem? Did they forget to read at this place or just grab handfuls of mail and throw them like the Grinch into whichever bin was closest?

I was supposed to receive a delivery, but even though I left a note at the address, the guy left with my package. I went there even though the tracking showed the package was with them, and a miserable woman told me a load of rubbish. The next day, the international package was sent back to the sender. You guys are useless.
