ZERO STARS — Extremely Frustrating Experience I ordered my Christmas cards through Walmart on December 17, and Walmart/FedEx both agreed they would be delivered on December 24. The cards arrived in Grand Forks on December 22 and were even loaded onto a FedEx vehicle for delivery on December 23 — yet they still were never delivered. FedEx repeatedly claimed “weather delays,” but based on conditions here and maps in Grand Forks, I only believe that explanation for about four of the days. On January 1, I emailed and spoke with their AI system, and was assured the cards would arrive the following Friday. No delivery. I called again and finally reached a real person in Grand Forks (the first gentleman was soooo helpful!!!) I then talked to a women who promised the cards would be delivered on Saturday between 12–4. We live on gravel, but the road has multiple tracks and our yard is fully cleared of snow — there is no reason delivery shouldn’t have happened. Once again — no delivery. When I called tonight (Monday), I could only reach AI again, and the only option I was given was to re-route the package to a Dollar General 30 miles away. What a hassle. I am extremely frustrated with the endless excuses, the lack of accountability, and especially the inability to consistently speak to a real person. The run-around and unreliable information wasted my time and completely ruined the purpose of ordering Christmas cards. Do NOT recommend FedEx Grand Forks.

They kept coming to deliver it during the times I work and I'm unable to pick it up because I work. So I submitted a ticket to see if I can get my package someone. Well now they are sending it back to CALIFORNIA. Fedex sucks. I had no choice but to use it. If you can help it, don't ever use FedEx.

Package was delayed for 8 days and was basically forced to “hold at location” to just get it myself but they took a whole 44 extra hours to bring the package a couple blocks from the warehouse to the ship center. To top it off my biological mother wasn't allowed to pick up my package due to not living at the same address as me which is a huge inconvenience give we don't live in town and have to drive an hour. Never have had a good experience with FedEx

I called four times to speak to a representative and gave multiple different answers to speak with a person and the robot won’t let me

We at J Post & Print here in Lutz Florida sought the assistance of this business today. It had been absolutely instrumental in moving our package along onto the next destination. FedEx customer service on the other hand has no authority, no information, and no action plan to attempt to release a package from a "hold" designation. We have a serious problem relying on customer service in the wrong way, when an 800 number should suffice to resolve an issue.
