inconvenient hours for active duty members. additionally, if you have package that requires a signature good luck because they don't even bother knocking or trying to deliver it. they just leave a notice on the door. in order to retrieve your package, you must go to the inconveniently hour-ed post office.

Initial review was negative. I may have caught the person on a bad day. Ive had to go back multiple times and the same individual has been outstanding

Clerks are very helpful and nice, but I’m guessing more than likely this is management decisions. I’m in town at grand forks afb and went to mail a package and needed to use the priority tape, but was told they are not allowed to let customers use only used for marking packages. I’ve been to many post offices and have never had this happen. Don’t know if the supervisor, postmaster made this decision to try and force customers to buy there tape since there is not another one within 20 miles or so to boost revenue (wrong answer)Would of gave it a 1 Star if wasn’t for the clerks.

This place has wonderful and helpful staff. The post office isn't open as much as it should be. Airmen can't get their mail after work and are forced to try to make it either before lunch or during their scheduled lunch time. This makes it a big hassle to get packages. If they stayed open to 5:30 PM or 6 PM that would be wonderful. I would also like the ability to get custom boxes built there for oddly sized items.
