Driver said my door was inaccessible so my package was not delivered. The phone number here does not work so I had to come in person. Waited 45 minutes just to be told I'm S-O-L. They are refusing to hold my package so I can just pick it up tomorrow. Adam looked at the 20 people in line and said "welp it's time for me to take my 15 minute break". This place is a CIRCUS.

I have informed delivery so I know that I don't get my mail. Letters from the County Assessors office, or my mortgage lender or insurance company? Nah, I'll never get those but junk mail for people that don't even live here, that shows up every time without fail. Absolute WORST post office ever.

The one old guy there working is so rude and even yelled at a poor older dude about a package. It was obvious he needed help. Couldn’t he just have shown some kindness and helped the old guy out? Every time I go there I hope I don’t get him as my customer service rep and always tempted to tell someone to go ahead if he’s available when I’m next in line that’s how much I dread speaking with him. When I last went he was so rude. I also normally thank people for their help but I just walked out after that. Do not recommend this post office. Hire better people.
