  I want to recognize Erica LaDoux for the exceptional help she provided in shipping a very meaningful item to me. Erica went above and beyond to help arrange the safe transport of an antique secretary desk that belonged to my mother, moving it all the way from North Dakota all the way to Illinois. Because of the sentimental and antique nature of the piece, I was understandably nervous about shipping it. Erica handled the situation with incredible professionalism, patience, and care. She took the time to understand how important the desk was to me and made sure the process was handled thoughtfully from start to finish. What truly set Erica apart was how she kept me informed throughout the entire process. She regularly sent me pictures and updates so I could see exactly how the piece was being handled and prepared for shipment. That level of communication meant so much and gave me real peace of mind knowing the desk was being treated with care. Thanks to her attention to detail and dedication, the secretary arrived safely after its long journey. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a smooth and reassuring one because of Erica’s commitment to excellent service. It’s rare to encounter someone who treats a customer’s personal situation with such genuine care.
