Worst place on Earth. First time ever stopping by a USPS. Waited in line 30 minutes with my packages. Got to the front and a smug old dude told me he couldn’t address them and wanted me to get out of line to go to the self-service kiosk. I’m used to just telling UPS or other stores my address, then they print out their own ticket and take my box. Made me furious because what was the point of being in line in the first place. It didn’t help that some lady was yelling at the employee next to me. And then when I got back to the parking lot, someone parked so close to my door I couldn’t open it. Just awful experience all around, will never step foot in a USPS again. Also super dirty and dingy.

Writing this review from FedEx, where USPS sent me, to print my USPS shipping label. This USPS location is slower than the Zootopia DMV, their self-service machine is as slow as their front desk, and for some reason everything is more complicated than it should be. Why can't a USPS location print a USPS shipping label? It is truly baffling. On my visit today I literally saw a girl walk out sobbing after trying to resolve a shipping issue. They also had the packages mislabeled for the wrong price. I showed the gentleman at the desk, and he still refused to honor the price they had displayed them under. I dread it every time I have to go here, would give negative stars if I could. I'm sincerely sorry for everyone who has the misfortune of having to use this location to send and receive packages. If even one penny of your taxes goes here, you overspent on the quality of service you'll receive.

The employees at this post office are some of the least professional individuals I've ever seen. They will yell at customers without provocation and demand that you give them good reviews after poor service. One of the staff actually grabbed the kiosk and gave herself a good rating when we didn't want to give a positive rating. This USPS location is truly a Kafkaesque nightmare and I advise that everyone avoid the place if at all possible.
