Even tho the plow has come down the county road, the sun is shining and the mailbox is cleared for them, I watch them drive by and not even attempt to deliver. The drivers do not get any snow drive training. I have to go out and help them on how to get around. Beyond frustrated

Waited an extra 5 minutes for people who were allowed to cut in front of me after they filled out their package address - then it was my turn. I was told to grab a address sticker and get back in line - behind 15 other people. I will go to the Downtown USPS location in the future. Better service there vs this location
