I had to call them 3 different times. I was told on 2 different calls a supervisor would call me back, I waited for 2 hours and never received that call. Once a supervisor did call me back the tried to have them deliver my treadmill that needed set up at 11pm. I refused service at this time of night as I have children that were sleeping and I have a job and needed to go to sleep. The supervisor promised me they would deliver the next day and I would receive notification on when it would be there. The next morning I got a text at 7:10am saying my order was going to be there in 10 minutes. A little more heads up would have been nice but I do appreciate they did my delivery first so I didn’t have to wait all day again.
