RXO has had my new Samsung washer sitting in their warehouse since November 6th, yet my scheduled delivery for November 10th was canceled at 8:30 PM the night before — with a vague message saying the delivery was “unable to be completed” and that I needed to reschedule. No explanation, no accountability. Customer service was useless, just repeating that I had to reschedule without giving any reason or solution. I even offered to pick up the washer myself, and they refused. This company completely lacks communication, reliability, and professionalism. I had to take a full day off work for nothing. RXO should not be trusted with deliveries, and Samsung should seriously reconsider partnering with them.
