The lady at the counter on Sunday 7/13 at about 10:45am was extremely rude and as I read previous reviews on here she’s been a problem for a long time, how she “have worked here for 3 years” I can’t believe you guys would keep her here. I even thought maybe I was coming off as mean and correct myself and tried make sure I wasn’t being rude myself but it made her 10x worse. I hope you guys can get through to her as she is by far the rudest most sarcastic person I have dealt with in a long time in customer service.

In Dickinson, they are saying they don't do that. The website states otherwise. If I'm paying over $400 to ship and insure a $6000 item I would think the company shipping would package it. Especially when it states they offer that service online. What if it's damaged and then you have plausible deniability because I packaged it? Doesn't make sense logically. Poor customer service, and laziness. Guess I'll drive to Bismarck or Fargo, and use a different service. Edit: just called Bismarck location to see if they offered packaging and shipping services for electronics and they do. Guess I'll be wasting a day off to drive to Bismarck since the people in dickinson don't know how to do a job that their website says they offer.

These ladies from today made me feel like UPS just does not need my business or any business whatsoever. Refused to give me my tracking number/receipt, and the item still hasn't been scanned since this morning (No notification to my account). I will avoid doing business with this store, and will be contacting amazon about this bad experience as well. So amazon can reconsider and go through USPS only.
