- RKrodson kingAug 14, 20251.0Extremely tight backing. If there are two or more trucks in a dock, you will have to wait just to be able to swing enough to get the trailer into a dock door. Very slow at unloading. Be prepared to wait a while.
- JGJp GamblinApr 18, 20241.0I have packages that make it across the country through real distribution centers like New York and Chicago in 1-2 days, as soon as my orders get to Bismarck they sit for a week out on airport road, absolute worst postal service in country possibly, and don’t bother trying to get ahold of someone, customer service or public service whatever it is non existent. - MRMarissa RothJun 11, 20221.0Went to the one on airport road because I was waiting for a package that had been sitting at the office for 3 days after being delayed due to a snow storm. Lady on the phone said I could come grab it. I showed up and they told me I couldn’t and that I’d have to wait another two days before it arrived at my house even though I needed it that day. I went to work and got a notification that they lost the package (2 hours before I showed up and they never informed me). Ever since then everything I order that comes through usps is delayed. Never expect your usps packages to be on time through them. They delay them the second they hit the building. The lady told me word for word “free shipping packages get delayed instantly so we can prioritize the paid shipping packages”.
