Worthless facility! Four employees behind the counter at least 22 customers standing in line and not a single employee acknowledged or waited on the many customers standing in line. Finally left.

I have called over 30 times in one day and no answer. My sneakpeek test (fetal gender test) has been at this location for going on 5 days and NO UPDATES. I can’t even get someone to answer the phone.

Was supposed to have a package delivered. Somehow I called and requested for it to be picked up instead. I never called. I wanted it delivered. I did not want to drive all the way to Bismarck to pick it up. Called to see if they could deliver it like I wanted them to and she said they can’t change it.
