Yes the wait times are long and the line is even longer but that isn't up to the employees themselves, they do a fantastic job and are always nice and friendly, no matter how busy they are. The closures of the drop off locations is unfortunate and a hardship on the community who have to travel further and wait much longer(was especially saddening to see elderly folk barely hanging in there having to stand for long periods of time).

my package was put down as "delivered" but never showed up. Called twice. They don't even answer the phone! Absolutely worst customer delivery and service.
