For the on sight early morning management from what I've understood through the grapevine of life: they allow staff to look up a woman's shirt, they then approach those staff members immediately after they look up another's shirt and state, "You want the job, you got it!" Then go to each other and look at each other's private parts and say, "You can't tell? Good," Then they laugh and carry on like nothing happened. BBB mark? I have also, as a customer, been requested to not ever email this company again. Legit. ✔️ Stupid. ✔️

- JBJulie BradleyDec 17, 20255.0To the Management Team at FedEx Bismarck, I am writing to officially recognize and thank one of your drivers, Chris Mock, for his exceptional service and professionalism during a delivery to my home yesterday evening, December 16, 2025. I live approximately 7 miles southwest of Selfridge. Due to the recent temperatures rising above freezing, the dirt roads leading to my property became extremely muddy, layered with melting ice and snow. The final mile to my house was essentially impassable for any vehicle without four-wheel drive. During the attempt to reach me, Chris unfortunately slid off the prairie trail at 99 1/2th St. Despite the stressful situation, Chris remained calm and resourceful. He called me immediately and, when we had some difficulty pinpointing his exact location, he had the foresight to send me a photo of a nearby road sign. This allowed me to find him quickly and pull his vehicle back onto the road. What impressed me most was Chris’s attitude. Even after sliding off the road in difficult conditions, he was incredibly thankful and maintained a completely professional demeanor throughout the entire event. It is rare to see that level of dedication and composure, and he is a credit to your team in Bismarck.
