- KNKelly NolanSep 17, 20255.0I went to this post office location for a passport appointment and was waited on by Kia. She advised me I needed my wedding certificate to show my name change. She not only directed me to where I could go to obtain that document, same day, but told me I could come back, same day, to finalize my passport application. She knew what an inconvenience it would have been to have to completely reschedule my appointment so she made sure I knew I could come back. I was able to obtain the document, went back to see Kia and finished the application (all total with drive to Holden Road in Wake Forest and back, it took less than an hour)! She was really friendly and efficient as well! Thank you Kia!

If NOT, then we will prepare a COLLECTIVE complaint from all clients on FB who lost their parcels from USPS! A LAWYER will work with this collective complaint and demand compensation taking into account moral damages for the terrible work of this company! We are waiting for an answer by the end of the day and then take the following steps ... P.S. We will change our review from 1 star to 5 stars if we receive our package.
