- KNKelly NolanSep 17, 20255.0I went to this post office location for a passport appointment and was waited on by Kia. She advised me I needed my wedding certificate to show my name change. She not only directed me to where I could go to obtain that document, same day, but told me I could come back, same day, to finalize my passport application. She knew what an inconvenience it would have been to have to completely reschedule my appointment so she made sure I knew I could come back. I was able to obtain the document, went back to see Kia and finished the application (all total with drive to Holden Road in Wake Forest and back, it took less than an hour)! She was really friendly and efficient as well! Thank you Kia!
