- AFAsh FradyJan 13, 20251.0Mail comes in blanch at 7 to 8 at night. Insane. And when you call they argue with you that it comes at 5 like they’re there with you…..neighbors all also come at same time
- LCLeslie CroweApr 16, 20211.0Well, small town hospitality and kindness is certainly not found at the Yanceyville post office. I walk in the building at 4:30, doors were not locked. I started filling our my label, and was almost done. The customer in front of me walked out the door and the woman working at the counter told me she was locking the door. I walked outside and discussed this issue with the manager and all she said was she was sorry. Customer service is no where to be found these days, and has gotten worse with this pandemic. Shame on the mail clerk for being so rude, and shame on the manager for not bringing me back inside and letting me mail my package. I can see how the postal service is in financial trouble, people would rather spend more money to use UPS and FedEx because they are more reliable and have much better customer service.

But did go in and the to GM at Yanceyville office, Antony, he show respect and concern but I nevertheless feel he is overwhelmed be all the bad reviews.
