- DBDebra BakerNov 24, 20251.0Supposed to open at 8am, arrived at 9am and the person was just arriving. We had 8 large boxes and my husband asked if they wanted us to go around back as they had done in the past for convenience. We went to the back, unloaded the boxes and waited for the lady to complete the transaction with the current customer. Then another person walked in and she waited on them and then another and we were still waiting. My husband asked her to help us as we were ahead of the others and she got huffy. Then told me to push next on the screen so she could scan. I had told her that I could scan but no was her response. When we got the paper there were only4 boxes and when I inquired she rudely asked me if I had properly pushed the NEXTt button. Finally after I scanned and she pushed the NEXT button we were on our way. First, opened late, second, did not help customers according to arrival. I understand wanting to take care of a single customer but they just kept coming in and last was her attitude. What happened to kindness, we were trying to make it easy for her and she was RUDE.
