  This morning I visited a Krispy kremes in Foley Alabama and made a decision to sell all my stocks in Krispy kremes because $18 for a half a dozen donuts is ridiculous and I don't believe in price gouging customers. I'll have to go to a local donut shop where it's 10 to $12 a dozen and support local business. Pretty sad because I've been a Krispy Kreme supporter for 25 plus years. To boot the stock is down so I even lost money there.

  I had ask a question referring to your app I had just downloaded and the employee was confused. Then a man's voice told me that the employee wasn't familiar with the app. So I ask whom I assumed was over the employee which I was talking to. But the male voice told me that he wasn't familiar with the app. Maybe you should suggest that all employees take download and look at Krispy kremes app while employees with the company . Not being mean but just suggesting. And one other thing . Why were lemon donuts taken off the menu I can eat 6 of those a day. They are my favorite and I know more people that love the lemon filled donuts. Really miss those.

  Java at the Roanoke location on Hershberger Rd. In Va. Is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to satisfy my order with a beautiful smile and happy spirit. I drive an hour just to go to this location and they never disappoint me. Now the Charlottesville location in Va. is definitely a totally different opinion. Fresh doughnuts consistently throughout the day. I don't mind the drive for this great service and awesome tasting doughnuts. 💯 Also PLEASE consider putting a krispy kreme in Lynchburg, Va. No matter how many doughnut shops that are around none can stand tall like krispy kreme so please, please, please consider the option.

  What is going on with products? I go the S. Peasantburg Rd. Greenville SC location to get 2 dozen donuts for my family, regular dozen and a mixed dozen, today I went in and often ask if they have lemon filled, today they said, the time before they said yes and put in jelly filled, which we hate instead, so this time I just ordered 2, clarified with clerk they were lemon, returned home with them, cut them in half, disappointed they had in the very in a drop lemon filling none inside of donut, shame on you Krispy Kreme, this contributing to me just giving on this company and moving on.

  Your store on Palmetto Street in Florence, SC is the pits!..This lifelong KK lover stopped going there because the doughnuts are inferior compared to the ones on Lucas Street in Florence, SC. The palmetto location only puts a drop of filling and frosting on them nearly every time I've been. Apparently I got yesterday's rejects. One example; the taste of Italy collection was excellent at Lucas St. When I ordered the same from Palmetto, I got a pitiful lemon doughnut with a drop of frosting and filling, nothing like the one I got at Lucas Street and it did not begin to even look like the pictures you advertised with the collection. ( Again, it was awesome at Lucas St) Incredible as this may sound to you, an employee at Lucas Street confirmed that they got a lot of complaints about Palmetto Street, when I mentioned to her the unacceptable products consistently sold there for a long time now. I started frequenting the local bakeries and Duck Donuts after getting CRAP for my orders several times over the past few years.PS*********** The address is 1709 Palmetto St Florence, SC. The corporate office responded with an address on Knollwood that is nowhere close to the one I mentioned in Florence, SC. WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM?????
