Called on Wednesday, because I hadn't received any mail since the 23d. The lady said I could come pick it up. Some older liberal said they sent all Mail out for delivery. The roads weren't much better, not sure why they did that. It still was not delivered yesterday. The days of rain, sleet, or snow are way over. I see why the post office is losing millions of dollars a year. They really do not care! There's no way to stop using them, it is a monopoly.

We've been in this area for 8 years, and the staff is always in a bad mood. When you ask them a question, they make a disgusted face. The times we've gone to send packages, it's also been a problem; they're not helpful at all. Seriously, the service is terrible.

This place and the leadership are terrible. They give slow to no responses. They also make up things that are outside of their postal manual and call it policy. My suggestion to everyone is to start submitting your complaints by a letter detailing your complaint and send it to the Office of the Consumer Advocate at 475 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, D.C. 20260 because trying to work it out with them will go nowhere.
