- ASAllyson SandstromDec 19, 20251.0This was my first AND LAST time coming to this USPS location. The older woman who was supposed to be “helping” me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I stood on line for over 20 mins just to drop off a change of address form, not realizing I forgot to put today’s date. The worker made me get off the line, told me I wasn’t allowed to use the pen right next to me at the counter, and that I had to get back on the line. Just to write down SIX NUMBERS. It wouldn’t have even taken 2 seconds. When I asked her why I couldn’t use the pen literally at the counter, she started going back and forth with me. She never even confirmed any change of address and just started helping the customers behind me while I’m standing there asking her if there’s anything else I need to do. Anyways I went to the post office on Hanes mall and the workers were so much nicer and helpful so don’t waste your time going to this miserable location just go to Hanes mall.

Finally got in line after making eye contact with them a few times just to have them tell me it doesn't work... YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU WATCHED ME WASTE MY TIME AND DIDNT THINK TO ALERT ME. PUT A NOTE ON THE MACHINE.

She demonstrated great patience and took the time to clearly explain matters not only to me but also to others while we waited in line. Her professionalism and courtesy significantly enhanced the overall experience. Another employee assisting that day was also very courteous. As fellow human beings, it is important to understand one another’s circumstances and practice patience when things do not go as expected. Speaking from my experience as a government employee, I appreciate that policies cannot be altered or exceptions made for individual cases. Both employees managed the situation with admirable professionalism and composure. Thank you for providing such excellent service.
