Recieved a money order as a gift and came here after work to cash it. Was unable to because there “wasn’t enough money”. Pretty inconvenient.

Don't expect much in the way of customer service. I stood at the printer for 5 or so min trying to figure it out. Finally got in line after making eye contact with them a few times just to have them tell me it doesn't work... YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU WATCHED ME WASTE MY TIME AND DIDNT THINK TO ALERT ME. PUT A NOTE ON THE MACHINE.

I would like to commend Ms. Ada a USPS employee for her exceptional customer service. She demonstrated great patience and took the time to clearly explain matters not only to me but also to others while we waited in line. Her professionalism and courtesy significantly enhanced the overall experience. Another employee assisting that day was also very courteous. As fellow human beings, it is important to understand one another’s circumstances and practice patience when things do not go as expected. Speaking from my experience as a government employee, I appreciate that policies cannot be altered or exceptions made for individual cases. Both employees managed the situation with admirable professionalism and composure. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

I usually have positive experiences at this USPS location; Rosa, in particular, is always extremely friendly and helpful. However, my recent visit was very disappointing due to the behavior of Mrs. Carter. I came in to send a certified mail envelope advertised at $9.85, but was charged $11. When I asked about the discrepancy, Mrs. Carter said the price had changed in July but walked away mid-conversation while talking, making it hard to understand her instructions. When I apparently clicked something wrong, she blamed me instead of offering clear guidance. I tried to point out that the signs were misleading and could be considered false advertising. Rosa confirmed she had ordered corrected signs weeks ago. I explained it wasn’t Rosa’s fault, yet Mrs. Carter continued to be rude and dismissive, even questioning Rosa’s actions in front of me. Rosa followed proper protocol, but Mrs. Carter’s approach showed a complete lack of customer service skills. It’s unfortunate that such behavior overshadows the otherwise great service from staff like Rosa.

No line, no waiting, courteous service from Rosa. Mailed a package, bought stamps.
