- SMS MaiFeb 24, 20261.0I had a package coming from New York that somehow ended up at this horrible post office. After being “processed” at this facility, the driver ended up returning to the sender. I called customer service which isn’t even handled by the people that work at this specific office (you can’t contact them unless you go in person) and the woman told me that since this post office isn’t the one in my zip code, the driver returned it back to NEW YORK because it wasn’t at my correct 27103 post office. All of my delivery information was correct, the driver was just lazy. She had no idea why he did that and said proper protocol was for it be rerouted, an easy fix since it’s quite literally 10 minutes up the road. She said the package cannot be intercepted at this point and is on the way back across the country. This is absolutely ridiculous and whoever was delivering on 2/23/26 deserves to be fired.

We had snow last weekend (1/31) and haven't gotten mail since then (it's now 2/5) even though streets have been down to the pavement here essentially all week, esp on the main road we live on. No sign of the postal carrier. We even shoveled the area around the mailbox during on 1/31, so there is no reason why they cannot deliver. Can't reach anyone at the PO at 3:50 PM, bc they closed at 3PM! Their hrs are only 9AM-3PM, & only about 3 days per wk. Very poor service. Pony Express used to deliver in "rain, hail, sleet, or snow", but now they seem to be in hibernation because of one snowfall almost a week ago.

Our roads have been completely clear for literal days and I'm waiting on important tax documents. They say they'll continue delivering on Monday - FIVE DAYS from now. The roads are perfectly clear! I wish I could just not do my job for weeks and still get paid.

Never seen anything like that before. Appalling it takes them 3 hours to take care of 15 customers and they were being sassy about it too they desperately need retraining and customer service relations
