- KFKris FulkNov 12, 20251.0I have used this post office 4 times in the span of over a year. Every time the single person at the counter has been the same man, and 3 of those 4 times he had been unconscionably rude. One time, I was paying for stamps, and looking at the card machine, I asked, should I swipe now? It goes through several pages and a few of those you have to input something. He looked up at the ceiling and said with an attitude, “Waiting on you.” The only time I went where nothing rude happened, this old lady cut the line and stood next to me while he was helping me already. She asked if she could ask a question and he answered yes, and then helped her. Which was fine because I was waiting for something. The next day I came back and I saw that as usual there was a really long line. I only needed to drop off a package. They had a window and it was open but I couldn’t tell if there was someone who would receive packages or if they had a drop off and I was in a hurry. I stood to the side like the old lady did because the person he was helping was filling out a form. I asked, “Excuse me, can I ask a question?” And he very rudely replied, “Do you think the people on the line are not waiting to ask a question?” And then he stared at me. The time that it took him to respond that, he could have already answered me since I only wanted to know if they had a drop box for packages. I can’t remember the third rude thing he has done but he has absolutely ruined this post office for me. I have been going to another post office and one time while in the line, a couple of ladies chatted me up. Apparently that same man has been rude to them as well and they would rather travel to this post office than go there. This is a customer facing job, and he seems to hate customers.
- SESolar EnergyJul 15, 20241.0Well, when I walked in today it was calm,and I was attended very well,and the two gentleman were respectful. The reason I'm rating it 1 star and wish they had no star,is because me and my partner went to deliver on a Sunday when it was closed. We put the item inside the mailbox outside the post office which pertain to them. I waited and waited for days to see an update and nothing,I'm heartbroken at this point because this was money going towards food for my kids mouth. That was an item I sold,now I wont get paid,and item just disappeared from mailbox shows up as if noone scanned it. Is time for police to investigate and get the criminals behind the stealing. Cameras should be looked at. And the fact that it was never scanned ,is my word against them meaning insurance can't help because it doesn't reflect not even in their system.The only thing they can do is watch their cameras,but is obvious this is more than one person involved. Hope someone reads this and decides to investigate.I say people that go inside have more luck than those who used the outside mailbox. Again the rating isn't for the person that attended me ,he did his job correctly. But for whoever deals with the mailboxes and whoever inside didnt follow up,shame on you. Anyways keep a watch people, I'm sure their watching these ratings and reviews and well quiet down a bit before they steal again. Look at the other reviews people ,and learn,go to another post office if your item is pricey and important to you,because u will be left heartbroken.
