Subject: Customer Service Complaint – Incorrect Shipment and Poor Customer Service at UPS Store #6024
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an issue with a package shipment and the customer service I received afterward.
On February 25, 2026, at approximately 5:54 PM, I visited a UPS Store to ship a package to Charlotte. I worked with an employee named Isaiah (Employee ID #373401). During the transaction, Isaiah requested my identification and verified the shipping address with me. However, despite providing the correct destination address, the package was mistakenly shipped to my personal address instead of the intended recipient.
After receiving the package back at my residence, I immediately went to UPS Store #6024 to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, my experience there was extremely disappointing. I spoke with Heather, who identified herself as the manager and notary public. Rather than assisting with a resolution, she was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. She placed blame on me for allegedly confirming my address on the screen and did not demonstrate any willingness to investigate the employee error or provide a reasonable solution.
As a customer, I expect professionalism, accountability, and support when mistakes occur—especially when they originate during a transaction handled by store staff. Heather’s lack of understanding and unwillingness to assist made an already frustrating situation significantly worse.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed, including the actions of both employees involved, and that appropriate steps be taken to address the shipping error and the unacceptable customer service experience. I would also appreciate guidance on how this situation will be resolved moving forward.

Normally I praise these guys. The employees are great, always smiling and took the time to know me. But, today its sunny @ 2pm, plows are out scrapping the roads the parking lot is easy to traverse yet the store is closed. I work iut of state and I can only get by here on weekends and my issue is that ALL my mail is packages, which is behind a big cage and inaccessible to me. Hey I get it, if its not safe, stay home. I GET IT. But the roads are fine, they've been salted and scrapped, the sky is clear and the sun is shinning. The store should be open. Side streets are slightly rough but no issues navigating. Main roads, Interstates and Highways are fine.

The people who work there have always been very polite and helpful when I’ve been there. There’s always enough is always enough staff so you don’t have to wait too long and the store is very clean

$4.81 just to print ONE sheet of paper. No colored ink or anything. Just ONE, regular print. Absolutely insane! Never again and I highly suggest you go somewhere else if you need something printed.
