- RCRobert CanteySep 30, 20253.0Service wasn’t unfriendly, but definitely got that feeling like I’m annoying them by being there with my box. The real problem is the “irregular” box policy. I show up with a 2x6x10 INCH box and Ivey immediately says that is irregular and I need to buy one of their boxes. I say the box is fine (no damage and sturdy) and I don’t need to buy another box to put this box in. She rings up $49 ground shipping, which seems like a lot so I ask how much to buy a “regular” box and ship it and it’s only $29. $15 for the box and $14 for ground shipping. I should have left and gone to USPS or FedEx but shipping is always frustrating and I just want to be done. This is obviously a scam to get the customer to pay extra. Like an upcharge that adds nothing of value but increases revenue. I’ve been to this location before and had much better experiences but there are too many options for shipping to ever justify visiting this location again.
