I understand that the snow initially caused delays, but the roads have been clear for well over a week. The city has come through my neighborhood and removed any dangerous road conditions FedEx claims to be experiencing. More importantly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with FedEx. Even when weather is not a factor, deliveries are delayed, falsely marked as attempted, or handled poorly. So while I understand weather-related delays happen, this situation goes far beyond that. Meanwhile, UPS, USPS, Amazon, and other delivery services have had no problem delivering on these same roads. FedEx, however, continues to lie about delivery attempts. They have claimed that no one answered the door or that the business was closed. This is a residential address, and I was home all day on the date they claimed delivery was attempted. Not a single attempt was made. Customer service has been completely useless. I’ve contacted them multiple times throughout the week trying to resolve this issue, only to be given the runaround with no real answers or solutions. No accountability, no follow-up, and no effort to actually deliver the package. At this point, FedEx has proven to be unreliable and dishonest. I will avoid using this service in the future whenever possible and strongly recommend others do the same.
