I had the cashier call for help, but none never came. 1 guy came by but would not make eye contact and kept walking away, I asked for help but didn't get any. I left the store and you lost approximately a $400.00 sale. Going to Office Depot in Rocky Mount N.C. tomorrow hope i will get better service there. I Told the cashier on the way out of your store that no one ever came and he didn't say anything so i left.

It was most likely lost or, with a high probability, stolen by store staff. I contacted Amazon, but I still don’t have a clear resolution and I’m waiting. Do not trust this Staples store
- JPJoleene PaceFeb 25, 20261.0Terrible customer service. They have no employees in the store. Aaron is doing returns in the only line in the store. I waited. He then tells me I’m in the wrong line to be checked out and makes me walk to the other side of the candy stand even though it’s the same exact counter and doesn’t check me out, he proceeds to take other customers. There was two additional employees, one of them just mindlessly, walking around the printer area, ignoring the long line of people and refusing to help his coworker, the other was stocking the floor.
