  I needed to speak with a person but the automated system kept giving me the runaround. Still haven’t received the second package with my order. Tracking number says it has 2 packages only received one.

  Need drivers with some common sense. Had a big note on the door that said “Fed ex leave package please” with cars in the parking lot showing people are here with the Front door unlocked to the office and they still decided to put a “we missed you” note right beside the paper that says leave the package. Didn’t even have to be sign for either like just leave the dang package it ain’t that hard

  Paid for a Saturday Delivery, waited all day for the parts to complete my car project, FedEx kept promising they were delivering on Saturday until Saturday had passed, then minutes into Sunday now promised a new delivery date. FedEx lying to their customers about delivery services they do not offer, has your customers no longer offering your service. Simple rule to live by (Jordan Peterson): "Tell the truth or at least don't lie". How hard would it have been to state that this was not going to be delivered Saturday at 9:30 when the package was in the Wilson facility and you knew it was not getting loaded in a truck.

  The driver “delivered “ the package, takes his pictures ,then steals it! Did he forgot cameras are everywhere. Come on fedex yall can do better!
