- CMCassie McHaleDec 8, 20251.0Postmaster unprofessional and will give you the runaround if you're having any issues. I can't get mail delivered to my apartment mailbox. Haven't been able to since June/July due to a master lock situation. Can't get a straight answer or time frame when it will get installed. Last time I was there I spoke to a woman who happened to be the postmaster. I tried asking her, she changed the story three or so times, acting like I was bothering her. This is unacceptable. I absolutely hate that I have to go there to get my mail.

We are new to the area and rented a PO Box however the keys didn’t work. When I was telling the clerk my problem her coworker (young man) said give me a minute and took the time to change the lock for us so we didn’t have to worry. I consider that great service!
