Then the drivers fly down my long drive way 30/40mph even after asking them nicely to slow down because we have kids and animals running around. Customer service is useless and packages are always late. A 5 year old could run a company better than these clowns. UPS is by far a superior company and I never have issues with them or have to deal with disrespectful drivers.

We haven't had bad weather since the week before I even placed the order. Your drivers are just being lazy. These people are allowed to steal with no repercussions. It’s sick UPDATE: I called the Police and filed a report on the theft. Fedex allows it’s employees to steal merchandise that we buy and then proceed to ship us an empty box. Then their system shows the items were delivered but in reality it’s an empty box with no items inside.

I’m being told by the shipper that they have no clue where my package is “must have been lost in transit”. Tried calling to ask customer service for help and NOTHING. Just a ridiculous automated voice repeating itself like a broken record. This is insane and completely unacceptable. I paid $200 for this package and just gone :(
