I get there it's no where to be found. I been three times. They close the support saying it's resolved without confirming I picked my package. So I'm assuming somebody at this FedEx location in Wilson stole my package. Customer service can't do squat but open support tickets for them to lie about it and say it's ready for pickup. I don't even get them to deliver to my house anymore because they can't do that right. Now they can't even deliver to a hold for pickup location like what the helly man they need to shut that facility down asap

Everytime 8 call costumer service they're telling me the same thing. Your package was delivered at the wrong address or they're saying I refused the package. I have cameras to prove that no FedEx truck came to delivery my package. FedEx is horrible. Costumer service is horrible. They're lying to the costumers that has been waiting for their packages for days or even weeks. They don't care. They keep repeating the same thing over and over. Rest assured we will follow up with this, rest said we will email you updates, I'm creating a ticket now for your complaint. I don't wanna hear any of that. I just wanty package. It makes me think that they're definitely stealing people's packages. How long is this gonna continue to go on before something is done. Everybody at FedEx should be fired. They are playing with people money. No excuse for this

The picture on the tracking website is clearly not my house. I do have doorbell video of the driver pulling into my driveway, sitting in the truck for 2 minutes and then leaving. The video shows them at my house AN HOUR BEFORE IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED. Customer service is a joke. Seems to me like they are just stealing packages.

THE DELIVERY DRIVER EVEN CAME TO MY HOUSE TO DELIVER SAID PACKAGE JUST TO TURN AROUND AND TELL ME THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE IT - THAT IT MUST STILL BE ALL THE SHIPMENT CENTER!!! So you mean to tell me you drove all the way from Wilson to Selma WITHOUT the package you came here to deliver!?!? his helper even said they had so many deliveries today that some got left behind..... WHY COME TO MY HOUSE THEN??? And all the driver could do was grin and smirk the whole time. Somebody make it make sense. FedEx.... Do better.... Do waaaayyyy better.
