I was calling to check on a package because that is what the tracking website stated I needed to do and it hadn't been delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it wasn't. I hadn't checked the mail today because I am still at work but per the website, it stated I needed to contact the post office about my package. So I did. The lady was very rude. She stated it had been delivered today. I said thank you, I will check when I get home but I was just following the website and wanted to get my package before they closed today if that was the case. She laughed at me, said good bye, and hung up. Very rude! Yes, I probably should have just waited to check the mail when I got home but if it wasn't there, I would be calling them anyways and they would have been closed by then. Can't blame me for wanting to track my package.
