  Today ANDREAS helped me as I had screwed up my shipping label, and instead of just telling me I need to go to FedEx as that’s the label I printed, he said he would show me how to do it so that I could do the interaction there. He was extremely patient, helpful and never made me feel rushed Thank you Andreas!!!!! You made my day that much brighter today!!!

  Andreas was so helpful to me when I was dealing with a difficult Amazon return! He was patient as I tried to figure out which qr codes went to which items as they were all the same (but slightly different!) thank yall so much for being good to your customers!

  The staff at this UPS location went above and beyond my expectations for package stores. I typically think of a “good experience” for these types of stores meaning that the employees weren’t rude or somehow mismanage the shipment - but here, I was warmly welcomed by all of the staff, like I was a friend arriving fashionably late to a get together. Hasmukh helped me, and was unbelievably prompt, polite & very informative.

  I can always count on pleasant and efficient service at this store, whether shipping packages or making returns to online retailers.The self service kiosk for returns is convenient and simple to use. When the store is not busy the staff offers to assist at the counter. Andreas was very helpful today when I had several returns. He handled them faster than I would have done on my own. I appreciate the team here for their excellent customer service and providing consistently positive experiences!

  Just wanted to give a shout out to the owners of this facility.I have been going to this store for years! I had an experience with poor customer service a few months ago! Today when I arrived the owner apologized for the incident and assured me the problem was taken care of. I was so touched by the sincerity of the apology! Will be back and will tell all my friends about the experience! Thanks again!
