  The ladies at Staples were super helpful and kind, Lee went out of her way to help us in particular! We really appreciate her taking her time to help us, and providing a positive attitude. She was doing a multitude of different things and still made time for us. -Jessica Thompson

  Customer service is no longer a thing apparently. I had a mobile order to pickup along with purchasing a box of paper. The lady at the register had a horrible attitude the entire time and made me feel very uncomfortable. It got to the point where I asked if she was okay, and she responded with “you’re rushing me” with a very obvious attitude. I get it, we all have bad days, but to make it that uncomfortable for a paying customer is wild. It was an older lady 11:30a on 4/3 if anyone wants to train her up.

  I had such a good experience today with James. James was professional, kind and thorough. I had a large order for printing. He took his time going over all the different documents, he was very patient. He made sure everything was exactly the way I needed it to be. I appreciate all of his attention to details. This made all the difference as these were very important documents. Thank you so much!

  Staples prints my training manuals, and we have rarely experienced any problem. On those rare occasions? Problem is always quickly and efficiently resolved. I love the Print shop, especially Lashonda!
