  We’ve been subscribed to Primo Water’s delivery service for years, but their service has really declined over the past year. Despite multiple requests to deliver during business hours and not leave jugs at the front door, their drivers consistently ignore instructions. We’re left dragging heavy jugs inside and accumulating empties that never get picked up, even though we've called several times and were assured things would change. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and definitely not worth the money.

  Started service over the phone 2/11, were promised service 2/18, no delivery, they rescheduled to 2/19, no delivery or phone call till end of day, I call, they said the address is wrong, the address is correct, we receive deliveries on it all the time, if the driver puts address on google map he will see it, if the driver calls me I would answer any questions but they cancel with no calls. I called and cancelled service. Zero star for carelessness and incompetency lacking to think to call or do any effort to provide service, guess what another company is down the road. Your loss for sure.

  Stay as far away from this company as possible. You will never actually receive any water. Your delivery date will change over and over again and never actually happen. You might get some exercise from bringing your empty water bottles in and out of your house every week waiting for a possible delivery though.

  Horrible water delivery service. Constant “rescheduling” but no deliveries. Can’t get a hold of anyone and when we do we are promised delivery by a certain date but delivery never comes. We rented a water dispenser and was assured it was a 5 gallon dispenser but straw doesn’t reach to the bottom so we waste 2 gallons of each bottle. Asked for a different dispenser only to be told it will be 4x as much. Cancelling this horrible service

  Subscribed to their delivery service, and every single day the order was rescheduled and never delivered. I then spent 2 weeks trying to get in touch in them and responding to their emails with no response. I was finally able to cancel the subscription online but no answer as to why they rescheduled my delivery every single day. I recommend calling Culligans water service in Wilmington instead. They quickly and more affordably handled my order over the phone the same day.
