  Package still not delivered after over month, will accept your package and money but will not deliver or return my package they stopped without my request. Investigator will not return my calls, or do anything Do not trust this company with any letter, package, documents nothing. They will not let me talk to a department head or the investigator. My parcel was time important and sensitive. If anyone knows what I can do please helpe.

  The owner went out of his way to help me mail an HP printer to the parent company in TN. I thought I would never get that thing back to HP.

  Dropped off a large Amazon return package. They have carts to help you wheel your items from your vehicle. This place is just down the road from ILM. Good service!

  When I had to send out a package the other day we went to the FedEx office on 23rd St. The agent was very helpful 👌 from start to finish. The traking order was sent to my smart phone. Which was sent to my smart phone,the agent showed me how they had to have it printed out and put it on the package to be sent out. It didn't take long and then we were on our way home. The agent was very nice and efficient through the whole process. I would give her a 💯 💯 💯 for how she was able to take care of myself and the other customer's. Thank you FedEx and especially the very courteous agent that we were very lucky to get that day.

  They were kind enough to hold 2 large packages for us, that needed our truck for pickup, and helped load them.
