- BHB HardingOct 21, 20251.0dropped a package off at the fedex in Walmart off of Carolina Beach Road, paid for overnight and it took them 5 days to deliver. Called Fedex and they sad the walmart facility had "issues" I guess the great customer service that walmart offers has spilled into the fedex store, def will not be using them again. boooo on you!!

MC has really gone above and beyond to help me with packages. They are both an asset to the FedEx company especially MC. I always look forward to coming in and seeing these ladies. I felt it was overpriced. 8.99 to have my fragile item bubble wrapped & fragile stickers placed on the box. It cost me more to ship it than the gift cost. UPS doesn't charge to package the item being shipped. I'll go back to UPS.

He was very patient and helped me understand all of my options, including how to purchase a label online and still use my own packaging. As a result, I'm sure I'll be using Fedex more often. In contrast, I initially called the Oleander store and was told they were a "drop-off" location and was immediately transferred to the FedEx 1-800 number instead of getting the help I needed. Very happy I called the Monkey Junction store and was able to speak with someone so informed and helpful. Thank you Jesse!
