- BFBryan FJan 24, 20265.0I believe in humanity and accountability. I faced an issue yesterday with a package that was supposed to arrive and an error occured. I was upset and went to the post office to address it. The manager or supervisor in charge came to my aid upon me requesting to speak with him, and he was super polite and made me feel like he cared. He saw to the issue and found a way to reach a solution on the spot and I got my package. I was upset over the error, but I am more impressed by the accountability and the fact a stranger showed empathy and frankly, good business. That deserves 5 stars.

Our packages are constantly getting delivered to the wrong addresses causing us and our neighbors to have to sort out our own mail. Furthermore, have you ever tried calling this location? Good luck getting an answer. On two different days, I spent over an hour calling (during business hours) and was never able to get anyone on the phone. Pathetic is an understatement...
