- MMMakaio1 day ago1.0When y'all deliver to the luxor package room at cape harbor apartments, make sure you organize it the right way and don't just throw packages up top that's hard to reach especially for elderly people. You stack big crap om top of small packages. Do you job and be mindful about the way you treat peoples property and MEDICATIONS that get delivered in the mail. My elderly dads packages for his MEDICATIONS have been sent back a handful of times because neither of us could find it because of how bad and sloppy you do your jobs. Your job ain't that hard. Be better.

They lose mail all the time, mail I send they lose mail I'm supposed to receive they lose, even priority Mail takes weeks to get to where it's going, they promised tracking, that I paid for, and there's no tracking. Until the item gets to where it's going then you can see that it has arrived, but there's no tracking from here to there. I shouldn't have to pay $11 for absolutely nothing! Also the manager is so mean! If you have a choice go to a different post office!
