    They attempted to deliver my package once with nobody there to sign, when I tried to schedule a pickup they said they already scheduled a redelivery. After 3 weeks of nothing, I went to the post office only to find out that they sent my package back without even attempting a redelivery.

    An 18 year old girl walked in to drop off a package. It wasn’t going in and to prevent the package from being stolen she had to slam it a bit harder to get the package to go down. One lady screamed at her an harassed her for about 5 minutes. I said that I had to also close it harder before to get the package to go down and they were also rude. Not sure if they were on something.

    . On Friday, I dropped off three USPS packages—all with prepaid labels, all at the same time. Two of them are now marked in transit, but the third still says it’s “awaiting drop-off,” as if it was never scanned in. I went to the post office today just trying to understand what might’ve happened. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t accusing anyone—I was simply asking for clarification because this package contains art I worked really hard on, and someone trusted me enough to purchase it. Unfortunately, the interaction was met with a lot of rudeness and dismissiveness, which honestly caught me off guard. I understand that scans get missed sometimes and things happen. That part is frustrating, but manageable. What really hurt was being treated like I was a nuisance for caring about Small businesses and artists put so much heart into what we send out. We’re not just shipping “packages”—we’re shipping time, creativity, and trust. I just wish that was met with a little more kindness and respect. They were not helpful at all and utterly RUDE specifically the dispatch manager.
