They should change their motto "we don't deliver for you." I was sent a certified letter. Informed Delivery told me that it would delivered on Monday. Finally, on Wednesday, a peach colored sticker was placed on my door at 5:30 at night. I was home. Nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. Early Thursday morning I contacted USPS.com/redelivery requesting delivery on Friday. I spoke with the postal carrier that day who said they never received anything to deliver. Early Saturday morning I called USPS and after spending 15 minutes with the auto phone lady, I asked to be connected to a representative who told that redelivery was not available. I honestly think they never even had the certified letter in the truck when they put the peach colored sticker on my door. Their intent, from the beginning, was to have me pick it up from the post office. This is not what the sender intended when they paid $10.48 for the certified letter. They didn't want to put a disabled person, who just returned from the hospital, in jeopardy. However, our post office seems to get some amusement from doing so.

For two days straight, an Amazon package sent through this post office was deemed "undeliverable," but somehow the delivery person managed to cram bills and other junk into my mailbox on both days. Even more, my mailbox is directly across the street from my house. On Day 1 I chalked the status as pure laziness given the rainy weather, but on Day 2 the sky is sunny and the delivery person still couldn't place a DVD-sized package into my mail box, or place it on the front porch. I can't help but think this delivery person broke open my package, rewrapped it, and stuffed it under his/her Christmas tree.

My book was to be delivered 2/6/2017 but the post office lost it. It is now 3/9/2017 and no book. Now they notified me I am not living in my condo, its vacant. This post office is so screwed up it a wonder anyone gets mail. I have to make another visit to the post office to speak to the supervisor and she will tell me there is nothing she can do - the book is some where in Virginia - maybe. Yes I still live in my condo and no it is not vacant!
