They should change their motto "we don't deliver for you." I was sent a certified letter. Informed Delivery told me that it would delivered on Monday. Finally, on Wednesday, a peach colored sticker was placed on my door at 5:30 at night. I was home. Nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. Early Thursday morning I contacted USPS.com/redelivery requesting delivery on Friday. I spoke with the postal carrier that day who said they never received anything to deliver. Early Saturday morning I called USPS and after spending 15 minutes with the auto phone lady, I asked to be connected to a representative who told that redelivery was not available. I honestly think they never even had the certified letter in the truck when they put the peach colored sticker on my door. Their intent, from the beginning, was to have me pick it up from the post office. This is not what the sender intended when they paid $10.48 for the certified letter. They didn't want to put a disabled person, who just returned from the hospital, in jeopardy. However, our post office seems to get some amusement from doing so.

This post office has the most rudest and unprofessional supervisors I’ve ever encountered. I had a package that was going back and forth between Wilmington and Fayetteville. When I went to the post office to inquire about the status and reason for the back and forth I was greeted by a supervisor, Kirk and before I could finish talking he told me to stand to the side that he has someone looking into it. He then walked off. Not sure how he could read my mind. The next supervisor, Renne Wells came up to speak with another unhappy customer. After she was finished, I walked up to inquire about my package and she told me “You are going to have to wait because I have a job to do”. I honestly was blown away with that comment. The clerk named Mike at another window was the only one who was willing to help me. I gave him my name and contact number as I had been there for 30 minutes and needed to get back to work. He assured me that he would be in touch. As I was stepping away the supervisor, Renne came back up and was incredibly rude. I told her that as a supervisor she has very poor customer service and with a snarky attitude she said “well I’m sorry”. I asked for her name and with another attitude told me her name. I’m literally appalled with this woman’s behavior. Mike, the window clerk called me later that day to tell me that the package was sent back to Fayetteville again. He said he would call me the next day. He called me the next day and told me what had happened. The pharmacy where I get my meds from had two different QR codes on the package. I needed to call my pharmacy to correct the issue. Mike went above and beyond to help me which is very much appreciated. Those two supervisors should not be in a supervisors role. Sad thing is they probably won’t be held accountable for their actions which is unfortunate.

When you're at this POST OFFICE be sure to NOT ask any QUESTIONS about POSTAGE AMOUNTS to the POST OFFICE EMPLOYEE. I regret going into this office every single time I go in. Never again.
