I gave them a one because the young girl was charming and kind. She instructed me on procedure and I stepped aside to do as instructed. Unfortunately, my experience with the young man working with her was a complete reversal. He was rude and impatient with everyone he served. When my turn came I ask him if he hated his job. He made direct eye contact and stated "yes." I told him, "It's shows."
