- PBPaula BallardNov 14, 20251.0I have been using this UPS location for 10 years! Most of the clerks behind the counter are very polite, helpful and so respectful! I know this is a busy time of year for customers and clerks. There is a young man that works at this facility that has ALWAYS been so rude and in such a hurry while he is waiting on me. I was returning several Amazon packages on Friday. I had my phone with the return downloaded codes ready. He started DRUMMING his fingers on the counter while I was placing my items on the counter and using my phone to swipe to the next return code to be scanned! He was truly impatient and annoyed I was not moving fast enough. I took my receipt quickly and as I was leaving he yelled at me to take my boxes. I have always used this site for my shipping and return services because the owner Hasmukh Parikh has been so helpful, kind, and respectful when he and his other clerks have waited on me. There is absolutely no reason ever to be disrespectful and rude to customers! If this had been the first time I would have thought the young man was just having a bad day. I try so hard to avoid him at all cost but he was the only one working the counter. I value customer service however will not tolerate rudeness or being talked to with such a hateful tone! There are other UPS locations that I will be using and recommending to friends.

They would not take the package, I then went to the UPS store located at 17th street in Wilmington and the meet Arber, he was amazing, took the package, provided a receipt and was polite. He was so helpful today as well as training another employee. Arber thank you so much for your help I will only be coming to your store location for all future packages to be shipped.
