  They are a smaller store but very efficient. The personnel makes sure that everyone is accommodated even when holidays bring large crowds. I moved to this area and the people of the Porters Neck Wilmington , NC are fantastic!

  Horrible experience. Paid a lot of $ for overnight delivery of a time critical document and now a week later still not there, lost I guess.

  CODY LOOKED OUT FOR ME EVEN BEFORE I LOST MY WALLET! HE TOOK CARE OF ME WITH CLOSING MY BOX AND I DIDNT EVEN MAKE A PURCHASE! THIS STORE IS BY FAR BEST IN TOWN! Now here comes the part I lost my wallet was going crazy all weekend thought I lost my kids bracelets they were both with and he protected it and made sure the employees secured it!!! CODY AND THE STORE ARE THE BEST!

  I could not be more impressed with this crew! Spent a few weeks training with them and you would think we are family. We learned the true meaning of "World Class customer service" from this team. 1000% thanks to Cody, Andy, Ebony, Krysta, Mariah for an unforgettable few weeks! Matt wasn't too bad either :) Thank you to the whole team!!! Also have to add the supporting crew of Chandler, Jeanine, Sherri, and the owner, Josh!

  I usually dread going in to ship packages because I don’t do it very often, and I tend to get really anxious when I’m not sure what I’m doing. This time was completely different. Krysta was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly. The other staff member working with her was just as friendly and supportive. Together, they turned what is normally a stressful experience for me into a smooth and positive one. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
