The reply was “yes” and Dee instantly did my return and started the laminating process with an explanation of what was needed. In the meanwhile, the store got a huge wave of customers that were handled with kindness, promptness, and professionalism. Everyone was given a nice greeting and a nice send off. Dee never missed a beat - going back and forth with my laminating and handling other customers. Shadavia did the same. It was amazing how quickly she effortlessly helped each person. I’m so impressed with Dee and Shadavia and will return with more work for them to handle. I’ve used this location for a lot of Amazon returns and have always liked it; however, these two employees really made my day. It’s difficult these days to find people who really care about their work and those they serve. Integrity is rare.
