I went to drop off my ink cartridges and buy a few things from Staples this weekend. The young male behind the register was so friendly and engaged me and another customer in conversation. He genuinely seemed to be enjoying his job which unfortunately is a rarity these days.

Stopped to drop off an Amazon return. Waited in long line, 1 person working. When I was next, cashier told me to approach the Amazon return desk then made me stand there while she helped people behind me. If you don't want to give Amazon returns the same priority as the other customers, don't sign up to be an Amazon return center. So frustrating!

I have gotten business cards made here multiple times. Every single time it’s the same song and dance. They NEVER let me know when my business cards are ready. On top of that they always say they will be done by 8:30pm so since I’m not contacted when they are done I call them. When I do have to call to see if my cards are done , I get an attitude by whoever answers the phone. I’ve left reviews for you guys before saying this before but please hire people who actually enjoy customer service. I didn’t ask them to apply for this job, they did it willingly. I shouldn’t have to deal with poor customer service because they don’t like their job. I am a paying customer and I expect to at least be able alerted when my cards are ordered. Staples will not be getting my money for business cards moving forward. I’ll be contacting local printing company who actually values my business.

The fact that they made their employees work today after a snowstorm is extremely concerning. I’ll be supporting other companies that put their employees first from now on. They should be ashamed of themselves. Having their employees risking their lives for what? 1 maybe 2 sales? Pathetic. People’s lives matter more than a dollar sign.
