    Been their three times in the last few days during the holiday rush and they've been absolutely amazing and pleasant to work with. The line moves super fast even when they're packing other people's stuff. Don't post too many reviews, but decided to as a 3.8 isn't reflective of them nowadays.

    FedEx office needs to understand customer service, to move people along at the self service printers. I waited 10 minutes and I left because the two people at the printers were just standing there, doing nothing to use printers or scanners.
