I really don’t know whom I spoke with but I couldn’t even get my question out before the lady blatantly cutting me off with rudeness. It’s really sad that there’s no professional decorum with workers that are being hired to work for the public. My first time calling and my last time that I would be calling. An act of kindness goes a long way.

I don’t know what their issue is other than not knowing how to read numbers and letters to place people mail in the correct box. To place 18 pieces of mail in the wrong box is way past carelessness and being unprofessional . Constant excuses.
