I don’t know what their issue is other than not knowing how to read numbers and letters to place people mail in the correct box. To place 18 pieces of mail in the wrong box is way past carelessness and being unprofessional . Constant excuses.

But when I go to my mailbox or check my porch, no package. I don't know what's going on with the mail carrier, but someone needs to start investigating. And when packages are delivered, they need to start taking pictures of where they left the package. It's stressful when you think you can trust the postal service to deliver your mail and packages but don't receive them. They need to start reading the whole address and make sure they are at the correct mail location. I just found out that there are 2 or 3 other addresses that have the same address number but not location, meaning the street or road. They had got to do better!! I'm very highly upset and disappointed. And when I try to file a claim, it tells me that I can't file a claim for my missing packages.😡😡😡😡
