She was very friendly, extremely efficient, and so helpful. We did not have an appointment; we just came during their walk-in hours and were done within 10 minutes. I praise their superior customer service skills, especially Jess's promptness and professionalism, and hope Jess will be recognized by her workplace.

(The other counter help are also nice, I just didn't speak with them during this process) Unfortunately, this USPS driver lost my package I had ordered from Ebay. They didn't call to let me know, the website just said "Delivered to a parcel locker" I have a mailbox, I don't even have access to one of those. When I called them to ask what was up, that's when they let me know what happened & I can "make a claim" with Ebay, for a refund/ replacement. The item was the only available & now I have to hope I can even get my money back. Very disheartening.
