- SESarah EJun 5, 20235.0I have been going here for 4 years and I love this place. I see reviews that say the staff aren’t nice. That makes no sense to me. Chip and Elaina + everyone here are so nice. I even had a lost package from over seas once. The tracking was being weird. Not this stores fault and I did not treat it as such. In fact, I never even alerted anyone to the problem. The manager here Malissa called me on her own to tell me she had it and when it would be delivered. And it was! I mail out a lot of stuff too. I sell things online. I also bother the staff a lot to print me receipts because I have to have proof, even though I have a pre paid label. The staff always are nice about this. Also, there’s never a wait longer than 30 seconds. It’s the only post office in the surrounding area like this. Winston-Salem’s post offices have long waits. Deeper into Lexington’s do too. I feel so fortunate to be near this location. Anyway, great place!
